Production stages

From idea to complete product


We produce and design sofas, armchairs, bedframes, bedheads, footstooles - Stage 1 CAD-drawing and first dialaog

STAGE 1

Depending on the customer the first stage can differ a lot from project to project, sometimes we got a complete CAD drawing to start with and other times we get half finished hand-drawn sketch to proceed with. Larger projects usually starts with an initial start up meeting where we discuss all details, but more often the dialogue throughout the project is made with e-mail and telephone.

We produce and design sofas, armchairs, bedframes, bedheads, footstooles - Stage 2 3D-drawings and discuss detail solutions, material, sewing, fabrics

STAGE 2

In stage 2 detailed 3D drawings / CAD drawings are produced to the customer's preferences agreed upon in stage 1. Here we also discuss all the detail solutions, material, sewing, legs, fabrics etc. After some consultation and discussions, when the final decisions are made the factory can start the production.

STAGE 3
During the production our customers are be able to follow the progress with full visibility. Therfore, we e-mail photos taken directly from the factory several times during the different stages. We appreciate a close contact with our customers and want to make sure everything proceeds as agreed upon. There is always a possibility for the customer to make adjustments during the production. The delivery time for the finally product is very different depending on material choice and the volume of the order, but it is usually between 3-7 weeks.
